When we meet for the first time, we take the time to talk about you. We'll explore your strengths, habits, values, health goals, and what it's like living your daily life. Our sessions are collaborative and personalized. Together, with you in the drivers seat, we identify meaningful goals and build simple, realistic steps to support lasting change. As we work together, we’ll also get into the tough stuff. Progress is never linear and barriers aren't just about food. The journey might often feel like a loop-to-loop roller coaster. That’s not just normal; it’s expected. I'm here to support you in a safe and non-judgmental place through every twist and turn, helping you stay grounded, curious, and kind to yourself along the way.

FAQs
How do you approach nutrition?
With empathy and flexibility, I help you build realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life. I don't recommend strict diets or specific protocols unless there is medical necessity. If so, we will review the current body of research and you can make a decision for what makes sense for your life. In most cases, we will focus on what food/activities to add into your lifestyle to build wellbeing.
Where are you located?
I see people virtually. I live in Tacoma, Washington.

While I can help most people create a plan for healthier living, I don't specialize in pediatrics nor people with eating disorders, thus I may refer you elsewhere if I'm not a good fit. I also don't support crash diets or quick fixes.
Not quite yet. Credentialing takes a long time. I am awaiting word back from insurance companies.
If you have out of network benefits, I can provide you a superbill for reimbursement. Each insurance company is different, so please verify your benefits.
